| In order to join the Chillicothe Elk’s Lodge 656,
you must first be proposed by a current member.
You also need two other members as references.
A $25 initiation fee must be included with your
application before being considered.
There are several criteria for being inducted into our lodge.
You must:
- Pass a background check by the investigating committee
- Believe in God
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Have
never been a member of the Communist party
- Have
never been convicted of crimes of moral turpitude

complete the Proposal for
Membership form as a PDF file as taken from the national
Secretary's manual.
